HSR-JR680 industrial robot

HSR-JR680 is a general-purpose six-axis robot with medium and large load, which is newly launched by Huashu Robot. At the beginning of the research and design, it considers a variety of operating conditions, such as handling, welding, grinding, deburring and so on. Its performance reaches the advanced level of similar products.
The whole machine has the following characteristics:
With high stiffness and high speed, the design of the whole machine adopts finite element analysis and exhaustive analysis, combined with the rich experience of robot design of the Wharf Robot, the excellent structural stiffness of HSR-JR680 is casted; at the same time, the selection of motor and the configuration of deceleration ratio are optimized, and the maximum synthetic speed of the end of the machine reaches 4m/s.
High precision, in order to meet the strict requirements of welding, polishing, deburring and other trajectory accuracy, HSR-JR680 transmission system has been carefully designed and rigorously assembled to eliminate transmission error as far as possible, and the repetitive positioning accuracy reaches (+0.07 mm), which is the advanced level of similar products in China.
The working range is wide and flexible, the motion range of each axis is wide, the arm span is 2200mm, and it can cover many working scenes. The wrist structure is compact, and it can rotate flexibly in narrow space.
With high load, the load allowance of four, five and six axes reaches 25%. It eliminates the tense weight control in fixture design and leaves more space for design. In some cases, it can be used as a 100 kg load robot. At the same time, surplus safety margin means higher safety factor and longer service life.
High protection, arm protection level up to IP65, to eliminate dust, waste, liquid pollution, suitable for grinding, deburring and other adverse conditions, to provide sustained and stable productivity, reduce maintenance costs, create more value for you.
