HSR-BR616 Machine Tool High Protection Version
The new generation of HSR-BR610 is further optimized and upgraded based on the BR series, which has faster speed, stronger load capacity and higher protection level. It is applicable in many occasions, such as spraying paint, dusting powder, loading and unloading of machine tool and stamping, assembly, sorting, stacking, injection molding and so on. It is especially suitable for places that require higher protection level of the robot, such as spraying, dusting and so on.
Advantage 1: Small occupation space for installation. The base of the robot is very tiny, and the occupied floor space is less than 0.1m2.
Advantage 2: High precision and high flexibility. The average repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.04mm minimum and 0.05mm maximum. It not only has a universal 6-axis function, but also has programming internal rotation mode as a different approach as to achieve avoidance when the general robot function has not enough space for using.
Advantage 3: Light weight. The body weighs about 128 kg.
Advantage 4: The longer the arm, the stronger the load capacity. Through the lightweight design, high-speed motor and high-precision reducer, the robot arm length has increase to 1599.6mm with 16kg maximum load and eccentricity 80mm.
Advantage 5: Higher protection level. Through structural optimization and sealing design, the protection grade of the front end of arm is up to IP67 after testing.
