HSR-BR610 Machine Tool High Protection Version
Front-end high-protection version specially designed for glass machines, flat grinding machines, engraving and milling machines and other machine tools. It is designed to withstand any direction of water spray or water immersion, and the protection grade of front part of the arm is IP67 rated.
The new generation of HSR-BR610, based on the BR series, is further optimized and upgraded, with faster speed, stronger load capacity and higher protection grade.
Advantage 1: Small occupation space for installation. The base of the robot is very small, and the occupied floor space is less than 0.06m2.
Advantage 2: High precision and high flexibility. The average re-positioning accuracy is +0.03mm minimum and 0.05mm maximum. It not only has a universal 6-axis function, but also has programming internal rotation mode as a different approach as to achieve avoidance when the general robot function has not enough space for using.
Advantage 3: Light weight, able to be installed in any direction. The body weighs about 61 kg.
Advantage 4: The longer the arm, the stronger the load capacity. Through the lightweight design, high-speed motor and high-precision reducer, the robot arm length has increase to 1310mm with 10kg maximum load.
Advantage 5: Higher protection level. Through structural optimization and sealing design, the protection grade of the front end of arm is up to IP67 after testing.
