This robot is mainly for the large-scale stamping industry, especially the automotive industry and the home appliance industry. Currently, muti-joint industrial robots for large-scale stamping are mostly six-axis tandem (six-joint) robots, and the price is relatively high. The HSR-HC420 robot was developed specially for this situation, and the production cost is relatively low so that it has its absolute advantage in price. In the large-scale stamping industry, imported heavy-duty robots are generally used. Relative to domestic, the field of heavy-duty robot technology is almost blank. In response to the demand of market, this robot adopts modular structure design. The robot’s arm length uses a variable design. In different applications, the robot can freely set the required arm length. Through its strong interchangeability structure, the robot can be derived from a variety of products.

1:Ultra long arm span
This model has an ultra long arm span of up to 2000mm. It can cope with various working conditions in the stamping field and is perfectly adapted to any tonnage press.

The model has a payload capacity of up to 20kg, and a sheet area size of 1800mm*1000mm, which basically covers various products in the stamping field.
3:Ultra High Precision
The robot has ultra-high precision that the accuracy can be up to 0.08mm, which fully meets the needs of the stamping industry.
